  I wouldn't call my self a America Chinese expect, but what I can say is that my experience here was lack luster. Our server was kind. Nothing special but not rude. As for the setting I didn't pick up any sense of culture for it. Comparing to previous restaurants you could feel at least some Chinese heritage from it. This place just seemed like they found a bunch of random pictures with Chinese characters and hung them up. There was a lingering smell of what it seemed to be either expired food or mop water around the food. Now the food the main reason I went in the first place. The general tso was very tough and not spicey. The ragoon was very tiny and didn't contain anything inside. All in all it could have just been a bad hour for them and they got a very critical guy come in. So for the chance of that I gave them a 2/5. Instead of the 1 I believe they deserve. Sadly I probably won't be coming back to give it a second chance.

  Our total order was $65, and was disappointed and angry that our foods were not cook-to-order as you would expected. However, the foods were seem like sitting in the warmer for several hours then serve to take-outs.
  
  We would not come back or recommend this restaurant to our friends.
  Words of advice for this owner & operator at this location, cook-to-order and NOT to server foods sit hours in the warmer.

  Never did really like it when my mom would say she was bringing back orange chicken from here. Not my favorite Chinese place.
